Let’s Bring Your Idea to Life
This gallery is where my giants live when they are not out walking in the world. Every mojiganga you see here carries its own story — a moment, a challenge, a celebration, or a spark of imagination that made me want to bring that character to life.
Some of these figures were created for weddings, others for parades, cultural events, or special commissions. Each one has a personality shaped by color, expression, movement, and the energy of the person who eventually stepped inside.
Catrinas and Catrines
Wedding couples
Founders and historical characters
Cultural and folkloric figures
Invented characters and special creations
Large-scale puppets for boats and parades
I build each mojiganga by hand in my workshop in Los Cabos, using my naive self-taught approach. This means every figure is different — no copies, no templates, just instinct, practice, and emotion guiding the process.
As you explore these images, I invite you to look at the details:
the posture, the shapes, the brushstrokes, the personality shining through each expression. These giants are more than puppets; they are characters that come to life when a human steps inside.
This gallery will continue to grow.
With every event, every new commission, and every celebration, a new character joins this family of giants. I love seeing how they travel, how they interact with people, and how they become part of stories much bigger than mine.
Thank you for taking the time to explore this space.
I hope one of these giants speaks to you — or inspires the next one.
