Let’s Bring Your Idea to Life
Some mojigangas are born from tradition…
and others are born from imagination.
My special characters are the creations where I let myself play the most — where I mix humor, culture, fantasy, and the personalities of Los Cabos into giants that feel completely unique. These characters don’t follow rules. They follow emotion, storytelling, and the desire to surprise people.
I’ve created founders of towns, legendary figures, playful spirits, cultural icons, and even characters inspired by clients’ memories or dreams. Each one starts with a question:
“What kind of presence do we want to bring into the world?”
From there, I let the character grow.
I sketch, sculpt, adjust, exaggerate, and refine until the figure has life in its eyes. The goal is always the same: to make people stop, smile, and feel a spark of connection.
They are fully handcrafted, one-of-a-kind creations
They can be realistic, stylized, humorous, or dramatic
Their expressions tell stories without needing words
They bring personality and surprise to any event
They can represent local culture, mythology, or personal memories
They are designed to move naturally and interact with the audience
Special characters are perfect for:
festivals
cultural events
hotel activations
corporate celebrations
private parties
parades and performances
themed weddings
artistic installations
I’ve seen people’s faces light up when an unexpected character appears — a giant figure they’ve never seen before, moving with personality and presence. That moment of surprise is one of my favorite parts of being an artist.
If you have an idea — a story, a legend, a family member, a fictional creature — I can turn it into a mojiganga. We can shape the expression, the clothing, the style, and the energy until it becomes the character you imagined.
In these creations, I get to blend tradition with invention.
And that freedom is where some of my best work comes alive.
If you’re looking for a figure that is truly unique, I would love to bring your character to life — in giant form.
